Made to Order vs. Pre-Made
Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade (Monogram, Name, etc.).
Both are produced in house, but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products (Monogram, Name, etc.) take 5 to 7 days to be created for you

Upon payment of this invoice, I verify that I have been granted prior permission from third-party companies to use their logos on my items, and take full responsibility for any legal penalties should I use these logos without permission, and hold Optimum Graphics, LLC free of any legal liabilities pertaining to these copyrights. All of our products are custom made to order. There are no refunds, no exchanges and no returns on any of our products. While we make every effort to make sure each decal/product is as perfect as possible, these are custom made items and minor imperfections can occur. If you feel an item has been grossly misrepresented, please let us know so we can work with you to correct the problem. We want you to be happy with your purchase! If any of our decals are destroyed during installation, we may offer you a replacement at a reduced cost. To qualify for a lower-cost replacement, you must send us clear images of the damaged decal along with a copy of the Invoice and Package Slips.
The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% custom designed to order.
Your product(s) can be damaged if:
* TOO MUCH PRESSURE IS APPLIED TO THE INSTALLATION OF THE DECAL
* LEFT OUT IN THE SUN
* MACHINE WASHED ON COLD

Optimum Graphics, LLC is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.
These charges come from your country during importation of your package.
We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure faster processing time. Your product may still need 2 TO 3 DAYS to be designed and printed for shipment.
All of our products are shipped with tracking numbers and those numbers are emailed to the email address in which you provided or to the email located on your PayPal account.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This way we can evaluate the situation and make it right!
If you receive a damaged item, please send us an email within 14 days of receiving your box with photos of the damage alongside the shipping label on your box. Both items must be photographed together, in the same picture. Please don’t black out the name and address.
*If you’re missing your package, please send us an email with your best shipping address within 30 days of your box being reported as delivered. You are only allowed one replacement per calendar year for a box marked as delivered. We are unable to offer a replacement for a box when the tracking information is no longer available by the carrier.
*If your box was never delivered, please send us an email with your best shipping address so that we may further assist you in receiving your missing box.
We’ll always do our best to offer you a replacement for your damaged/missing items or missing packages.
Due to each item being custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns.
Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.
Additional non-returnable items:

* Custom made items with Names or initials.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
SALES ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with a description of the problem along with a photo of the item to firstname.lastname@example.org Once approved, send your item to Optimum Graphics, LLC, 2426 Deberry’s Mill Road, Conway, NC 27820.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
